School Affairs, Curriculum Coordinator
Megumi (a nursery teacher)

I believe in the words "Learn through play". We provide a fun and comfortable environment for the students. If the students tell me at the end of the day "I had fun today", this enlightens me very much!Everything happens for a reason, whether they appear meaningless to others. I wish our school will bring you and your child/children something meaningful to your life. Thank you for visiting our web site!

Samantha (an early childhood educator)

Hi! My name is Samantha Young, but everybody calls me Sam. I was born and raised in South Africa, spending most of my life on farms, so I love to spend my free time in the outdoors doing things such as gardening, hiking and Mountain Biking. I have taught children ranging between the ages of 4 years old to 13 years old for almost five years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Foundation Phase from the University of Pretoria, and later I completed my Honors in Inclusive Education from the University of South Africa.

Miru (a nursery teacher)

Ever since I was little, I dreamt of becoming a teacher, and now I am very happy to be working at KIS. I will work hard to build a trusting relationship with the children and develop a childcare program that makes children happy and excited every day. I also want to interact and join the children in their activities. I am looking forward to growing together with the children.

Stef  (an early childhood educator)

Hello, my name is Stefania Collett, my preferred name is Stef. I was fortunate to have grown up on a farm in South Africa. I enjoy playing sport and being outdoors. I have had many years’ experiences working with children, from coaching sports to working in the classroom. I have taught learners from the age of 4 years to 9 years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Foundation Phase from the IIE Varsity College. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a teacher, my first teaching experience was when I was 7 years of age, I would teach my teddy bears. I believe teaching is a passion and it is not a career that you choose but rather one that chooses you.

Azusa (a nursery teacher)

I love children. Here at KIS, I'm looking forward to be part of the children's lives as a teacher. My dream is to become a good teacher that can help my students be happy. I'm willing to improve my skills, learning with children and I cherish the time I can spend with everyone.
