Fostering Global Skills
Kids English After School (KEA)
Kids English After School, or KEA, is a second "home" that connects school and home. The school is a place where children not only develop global skills through English and hands-on learning, but also becomes a place where they can improve their self-esteem and be recognized for their hard work, as their desire to explore and learn grows.
In cooperation with KEC English School, students learn English seamlessly and naturally. While at KEA, they listen to, understand, and use practical English as a communication tool in their everyday lives. Their English language skills and global mindset will develop which can be foundation to broaden their horizons.

A Day at KEA
Our Teachers
I have many years of experience working with children, such as 4 years of tutoring, 1 year of working with first and second graders, and a lifetime of caring for younger family members. As an educator, I aim to encourage children to develop a love for learning in a safe, fun, and loving learning environment. I believe that children do their best when they feel heard and safe and always do my best to make sure that each child feels this way.
I support KEA and their activities as an administer, teaming up with the teachers and supporters to make KEA a wonderful and comfortable learning environment for the children. I have been working for KIS as a preschool teacher for more than 20 years and am a mother of three. I use both my teaching and parenting experiences and knowledge to support teachers and children in order to cater to individual learning styles and initiatives for every child.
Voices
Through the KEA curriculum, my son, who used to be introverted, has taken on a leadership role. He takes the initiative in cooperative work with his classmates and has become a person who is relied upon by his friends. I am pleased with his growth.
