Saturday Class Teacher’s Helper Introduction (KEC English School)

Teacher’s helper in Saturday class is the strongest!

Teacher’s helpers, ranging from junior high school students to university students, are involved in running the Saturday classes.
All of them have graduated from or are enrolled in KEC’s Intensive and Advanced classes and speak English on a daily basis. Like the teachers, they approach the children in All English. This is a great opportunity for them to maintain their English skills by communicating with the teachers.
Even if they don’t know how to interact with young children at first, they will learn the skills from the class teachers and develop the ability to think ahead and move. By learning to be “self-motivated” rather than “passive,” students will hone leadership skills that will be useful in the future.
KEC students also look up to their helper brothers and sisters. Many of them are learning English thinking, “I want to be like them when I grow up. I hope that these grown children will take the first step toward becoming global citizens in the future.
